By booking with Stand Out Events, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Remaining balances are due before or at the start of the event.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe setup space and that guests use all equipment respectfully.

3. Damage / Loss

Clients accept responsibility for any major damage, theft, or misuse caused during the event.

4. Liability

Stand Out Events is not responsible for injuries, venue interruptions, weather issues, or power/internet failures.

5. Weather Policy

Outdoor events require proper coverage and safe conditions for equipment operation.

6. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Photo / Video Content

Stand Out Events may use event photos/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
